Before contacting us

• Update Wordfall to the newest version available in TestFlight or the App Store.
• Close and reopen the app.
• Confirm your device has an internet connection for rewarded ads and purchases.
• Include your device model, iOS/iPadOS version, and Wordfall build number when reporting a problem.

Gameplay questions

Words are formed by tapping adjacent letters in one continuous path. The path may turn, but it cannot jump across unrelated tiles or bundle letters out of sequence. Hints provide partial help and are limited so the challenge remains fair.
